Click an item above to view them on the map. Find the location on which you would like report, then click submit.

- Graphitti
- Street Light Condition
- Burnt Out
- On during the day
- Damaged Poles
- Detached Signs
- Downed Poles
- Damage to
- Benches
- Garbage Cans
- Bike Racks
- Planters (like dead plants)
- Sidewalks
- Potholes
- Litter
- and more...
You can file reports 3 ways
- By clicking an asset on the map (see the next help topic if you aren't sure how to view them on the map)
- By clicking any location on the map whether there is an existing asset or not
- Or you can file a general report
that is not based on a location.
You will be required to verify your email account. Once you file a report you
will receive an email from this site, simply click the link in the email to
complete your report.
Using the map
- Pan or Move the map by clicking and holding down the mouse button
- You can zoom in and out by using the slider bar in the upper left corner of the map
- If you click and hold the shift key whle clicking and dragging the mouse you create a "zoom box" which zooms the map to that area
- You can change the map background from aerial by clicking the desired map type in the upper right corner of the map.

Viewing Businesses and Assets
- You can turn busniesses and assets on and off via the "Businesses and Assets" tab above
- Simply check the box next to the type of business or asset to view them
- Once displayed on the map, you can click them for more information and driving directions (for busniesses)
- Assets give you the option to file a report when you click them
Notes:
- If the map appears solid white, maps of that type are not available at your
current zoom level.
- Some maps are not availbe at street level. Like Topo & physical maps.
